CLIENT SERVICE AGREEMENT (TERMS OF SERVICE)
MFJ LLC, doing business as MFJ BOOKINGS ("MFJ," "we," "us")
Effective date: September 28, 2026
This Agreement is between MFJ and the tattoo artist or tattoo business signing up for our services ("Client," "you"). By signing, clicking to accept, or using the Services, you agree to these terms.
1. The Services
MFJ provides website design and hosting, an online booking request system, a public availability calendar, digital form tools, connections to third-party accounts (such as Instagram, Messenger, and Google), and AI-assisted drafting of message replies (together, the "Services"). MFJ is a technology and administrative-support provider. MFJ is not a tattoo studio, does not perform or supervise tattooing, and does not provide legal, medical, health, or regulatory advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to operate a tattoo business where you work. You represent that you hold, and will maintain, every license, permit, registration, and inspection required for your business.
3. Your Legal Responsibilities (Tattoo Consent and Compliance)
You are solely responsible for knowing and following all federal, state, county, and local laws and regulations that apply to your business, including without limitation those relating to:
- tattoo artist and shop licensing, permits, and health-department inspections;
- minimum age requirements and parental or guardian consent;
- informed consent, consent-form content, identity and age verification, and signature requirements;
- health screening, bloodborne-pathogen and sanitation standards, and aftercare instructions;
- record retention for consent forms, client records, and related documents;
- advertising, pricing, and testimonial rules, including disclosure of affiliate relationships and commissions;
- electronic-signature validity and electronic-records rules;
- consumer-protection, privacy, and messaging rules (including platform rules and laws on automated or marketing messages).
Forms and templates are conveniences only. Any consent form, waiver, questionnaire, or template provided or configured by MFJ is a tool. It is not legal advice, and MFJ does not represent that it satisfies the laws of any jurisdiction. You are responsible for reviewing, customizing, and approving all form content, confirming it meets your local and state requirements, verifying each client's identity and age, and collecting, storing, and retaining records as the law requires. A client submitting a booking request or signing a form through your site does not by itself mean that a tattoo may lawfully be performed. Whether to tattoo any person is your decision and your responsibility.
4. AI-Assisted Replies
Drafted replies are suggestions only. Nothing is sent without your approval. You are responsible for reviewing every message you approve, including its accuracy, pricing, availability, health or aftercare statements, and compliance with law and platform rules. AI output may contain errors.
5. Third-Party Platforms
The Services depend on third parties (for example Meta/Instagram/Facebook, Google, domain registrars, hosting, payment, and AI providers). These parties may change their rules, features, prices, or access, or may suspend or restrict accounts, at any time. MFJ is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account actions, or lost access caused by third parties. You must comply with their terms. You connect your own accounts yourself, and MFJ will not ask for or store your passwords.
6. Your Content and Data
You own your photos, artwork, reviews, domain, and client data ("Client Content"). You give MFJ a limited license to host, display, process, and transmit Client Content solely to provide the Services. You promise you have the rights to everything you upload and that it does not infringe anyone's rights. MFJ owns its software, templates, designs, and know-how, other than Client Content. Where MFJ handles personal information of your clients on your behalf, it does so under the Privacy Policy in Part 3 and your instructions.
7. Fees and Payment
- Setup fee: $149 one-time, covering the $99 setup plus the first month of service ($50). Due at signup, before the site goes live. Non-refundable once the build begins.
- Monthly fee: $50/month, billed monthly to the payment method on file, starting one month after signup. A $500/year option is also available. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The site stays live only while the subscription is active; if payment lapses or you cancel, the site goes offline.
- Domain registration and third-party costs are your responsibility.
- Late or failed payments may result in suspension of the Services.
- Recurring billing authorization: by providing a payment method and signing this Agreement, you authorize MFJ LLC to charge $50.00 USD (or the yearly equivalent if you choose annual billing) to that payment method on a recurring monthly (or annual) basis until you cancel. There are no refunds for partial months.
8. No Guarantees
MFJ does not guarantee any number of bookings, revenue, search ranking, ad performance, or uptime. Results depend on your market, pricing, work, and content, and on factors outside MFJ's control.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MFJ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICES OR FORMS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR COMPLIANT WITH ANY LAW.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (a) MFJ WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, BOOKINGS, REVENUE, OR DATA; (b) MFJ IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM TATTOO SERVICES, INJURY, INFECTION, ALLERGIC REACTION, DISSATISFACTION, DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND YOUR CLIENTS, OR YOUR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY LAW OR LICENSING REQUIREMENT; AND (c) MFJ'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID MFJ IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MFJ, its owners, and its contractors from any claim, loss, damage, penalty, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: your tattoo services or business operations; your clients' claims; your violation of any law, license requirement, or third-party terms; your Client Content; or messages sent under your approval.
12. Term and Termination
This Agreement continues until terminated. Either party may terminate on 30 days' written notice. MFJ may suspend or terminate immediately for non-payment, unlawful use, or violation of these terms or platform rules. On termination, MFJ will make Client Content reasonably available to you for 30 days. Sections 3, 6, 9, 10, 11, and 14 survive.
13. Changes
We may update these terms by posting or sending notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho, and both parties consent to that venue.
15. General
This is the entire agreement between us on its subject. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. You may not assign this Agreement without our consent. Contact: mfjbookings@gmail.com | 9557 W. State Street, Apt D301, Garden City, ID 83714.
PRIVACY POLICY
MFJ LLC, doing business as MFJ BOOKINGS

1. Who this covers
This policy explains how we handle personal information when you (a) visit mfjbookings.com, (b) sign up as an artist Client, or (c) use a booking site we operate for an artist ("Artist Site"). For visitors and clients of an Artist Site, the artist decides why and how your information is used; MFJ processes it on the artist's behalf as a service provider. Please also read the artist's own privacy practices.
2. Information we collect
- From artists: name, business name, email, phone, address, payment information (handled by our payment processor), domain, photos and portfolio content, and account connections you authorize (Instagram, Messenger, Google).
- From people booking through an Artist Site: name, contact details, date of birth or age confirmation, government-ID or verification details if the artist requires them, tattoo idea and reference images, preferred dates, consent-form answers and signatures, and any health-related or allergy information the artist's form asks for.
- Messages: contents of Instagram and Messenger direct messages that we monitor on the artist's behalf.
- Automatic data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referral source, and cookie and pixel data, including from the Meta Pixel and analytics tools.
3. How we use it
To operate the website and booking system; to surface inquiries and booking requests to the artist; to keep availability accurate; to draft suggested replies with AI (the artist approves before anything is sent); to provide support, security, and fraud prevention; to measure and improve advertising and site performance where the artist has enabled it; to bill artist Clients; and to comply with law.
4. AI processing
Message content and booking details may be processed by third-party AI providers to generate draft replies. Drafts are suggestions and are not sent without the artist's approval.
5. How we share it
We do not sell personal information. We share it with: the artist you are booking with; service providers that host, store, process, email, analyze, or bill on our behalf (including hosting, AI, payment, and analytics vendors); Meta and Google, as needed to run connected accounts, ads, and tracking the artist enables; professional advisers; and authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety. If MFJ is acquired or merged, information may transfer to the successor.
6. Cookies and tracking
We and Artist Sites use cookies and pixels (such as the Meta Pixel) for site function, analytics, and advertising measurement. You can control cookies in your browser and, where available, through platform ad settings.
7. Sensitive information
Consent forms may collect health-related information. We handle it only to provide the Services to the artist and apply access controls, but the artist controls what forms collect and is responsible for how it is used and stored. Please don't submit more sensitive information than the artist's form requests.
8. Retention
We keep information as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Artists may be legally required to keep consent records for a set period; the artist decides those requirements for their records. After termination we delete or return Client data within 30 days, except where we must retain it.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We never ask for or store account passwords.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to opt out of targeted advertising. If you booked through an Artist Site, please contact the artist first; you can also contact us at mfjbookings@gmail.com, and we will help the artist respond. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
11. Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and Artist Sites are for adults and for minors only where the law and the artist permit, with any required parental or guardian involvement. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Third-party links
Artist Sites and our site link to services we don't control (Instagram, Google, affiliate stores). Their privacy practices apply to information you give them.
13. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the latest version, and we will give notice of material changes where required.
